Quality and Systems Support Analyst

Reporting to the Manager, Management Information Systems Development, you will take part in the analysis and validation of SAP functional requirements. Accordingly, you will develop and review operational procedures for users in an effort to make improvements, review businesses processes proposed by the business analyst and recommend adjustments as required. You will analyze operational impacts and develop and execute test scenarios during system modifications. In collaboration with the business analyst, you will help design instructional and user training materials to support changes made in the system.
As part of your role in providing front-line services to users, you will deliver assistance and investigate reported incidents in order to make appropriate diagnoses. You will work with users in a project context to facilitate the transition of operations systems. Finally, you will be responsible for drafting and updating user documentation.
You have a diploma of collegial studies in administration, accounting or computer science, as well as three years of experience as an SAP user, specifically with HR modules (OM, PA, BEN). Familiarity with any of the technical aspects of SAP R/3 would be an asset. You have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, an excellent command of written and spoken French and a working knowledge of English. You are known for your commitment to customer service, your interest in quality control, your attention to detail and your knack for detecting anomalies. You are a natural go-getter and honour your obligations. You are organized, have strong writing skills and are comfortable transferring knowledge to others.
