Reporting to the manager – Blood Drive Planning, you are responsible for planning and implementing blood drives in the territory assigned to you. In this capacity, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 150 blood drives each year and you will contribute to maintaining the blood reserve at an optimal level in cooperation with the other blood drive organization advisers. To do this, you will analyze your territory and prepare a development plan intended to maximize the donation opportunities for potential donors, specifically through the analysis of strategic partners and the creation of close ties with community organizations, corporations and the media. Moreover, you will recruit, train and accompany various blood drive organizing committees and volunteers.
You have a diploma of college studies or a university degree in a pertinent field and three to five years of experience in sales or business development. Experience in the community sector is an asset. You are known for your autonomy, attention to detail, your global approach and analytical ability, as well as your strong communication and interpersonal skills. You focus on customer satisfaction and are very skilled at resolving problems. Finally, you are bilingual, master the Microsoft Office suite and have a car.
