Canadian and International PartnershipsAs stated in Article 3.10 of the Act respecting Héma-Québec and the haemovigilance committee, Héma-Québec must “maintain links to ensure collaboration and the exchange of information with counterpart organizations in Canada and elsewhere, in order to be informed of and share expertise.” This role consists of three components: - collaboration - exchange of products, services and expertise;
- outreach - membership in a scientific community and scientific exchanges;
- cooperation - international assistance to developing countries.
