The app sent you a validation email. If the latter is not in your inbox, check your spam folder. Once you have located the validation email, click the link it contains to validate your email address.

The link expires after 24 hours. Once the link has expired, you must generate a new validation message from the app.

Make sure you provided your donor number, date of birth and postal code, because this information is essential for linking your user account with your donor record.

If you provided this information and still can't associate your user account with your donor record, let us validate with you the information provided. Since it is in the form of computer data, a simple character could be enough to prevent the association: 1 800 847-2525, option 2.

Appointments

To check if you can donate plasma, click on Who can donate? on the log in page or in the app menu.

Click on Where to donate? to display the list of available sites. You can then choose the site that is most convenient for you and even mark it as your favorite.

Time slots for appointments are available to all users of the app, as well as to donors who have contacted a member of our staff. The first person to confirm an appointment is assigned that time slot. If the appointment you wanted is no longer available, find the next available time slot that is convenient for you.

To make, cancel or change a series of appointments, call 1 800 343-7264, option 2.

There may be several reasons for this. The required interval between donations does not allow for the type of donation selected, there is an active restriction on your record, the chosen centre is closed, or the desired time slot is not available.

By clicking on My appointments tab, you will have access to the list of your appointments. Select the one you want to cancel and press cancel.

Yes, you can cancel your appointment at any time.

By default, you will receive a phone call unless you selected to receive a reminder by email in the My Communication Preferences section of My Profile. In that case, you will receive an email the day before your appointment.
