Any contract concluded by Héma-Québec is consistent with the imperatives of safety and availability of biological products of human origin, transparency, integrity, fairness among suppliers, and adherence to governmental sustainable development policy, in accordance with the applicable legislation and regulations and with Héma-Québec’s procurement policy.
